The thickness of the rubber plate is 3-6mm, which is made of rubber as the main material, which contains reinforced materials such as fabric, metal sheet and so on. The vulcanized sheet products with a certain thickness and large area have high hardness. It is vulcanized by plate vulcanizer or continuously vulcanized by drum vulcanizing machine. It is an economical and reliable protection system to protect the impervious system of steel components or concrete equipment and brick lining.
It has high acid and alkali resistance, low water absorption, not easy to oxidize at normal temperature, and is not easily contaminated by medium. Besides hydrofluoric acid and hot phosphoric acid, it has excellent anti-corrosion effect on the acid of warm chlorine, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and any concentration at normal temperature. The adhesive strength of the mixture is high and the heat resistance is good. Strong resistance to permeability, resistance to corrosion of organic solvents, acid and alkali resistant ideal binder, can be used in some occasions such as epoxy, phenolic and unsaturated polyester resins. It consists of two components, liquid and powder. When used, mix the two components in a certain proportion and use them.
